It takes a village to prepare for a Camp Rising Sun summer. CRS alumni, family, neighbors, friends, and donors—like YOU—play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to ready our buildings and grounds and provide direct funding to campers.

GIVE TOWARDS A TRANSFORMATIONAL SUMMER:

Give to Our Camper Scholarship Fund

Your gift of $8,000 covers the entire cost of Camp for one camper. This includes travel, accommodation, leadership training, arts programming, nature excursions, and more.

In the spirit of CRS, you can team up with another or several other “tent-mates” to make this donation! Full camper scholarships ensure that cost is never a barrier to a young person wanting to embark on a summer of personal development and growth.

Support Buildings & Grounds

Our team headed by Facilities Manager, Cameron, is always hard at work to keep the buildings and grounds at both our Clinton and Red Hook campuses looking beautiful and functioning optimally. Camp is a home-away-from-home for our campers and we ensure it is a welcoming place for them to spend their summer.

Your gift will directly fund our annual maintenance projects such as construction of lean-tos where campers sleep, kitchen repairs, pool preparation, updates to our program cabins, and more! The Buildings & Grounds Committee will match donations up to the first $20,000 made to this fund.

Contribute to Camper Travel

This summer, campers will be traveling to Rhinbebeck, NY from more than 21 countries and 10 US States! Travel can be expensive, so CRS continues to offer travel support  to campers based on need.

When you donate to our Camper Travel Fund, your contribution will help our 2024 campers  experience a smooth start to their CRS journey.
