GEJ Scholars are selected based on their intellectual ability, character, financial need, and on an evaluation of the applicant’s future promise of fostering the values of Camp Rising Sun. 2020 GEJ Graduate Scholars
Alicia Sandoval Vadillo ‘13 (Mexico) is a Latin American and Caribbean Studies and Museums Studies graduate student at New York University.
Jackie Voluz ‘07, ‘08, ‘11 (New York) is a master’s student at Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College
Zachary Kaplan ‘08 (Pennsylvania) is a third-year law student at Duke University Law School.

Tyshaya Pearce ‘14 (New York), is a criminal justice and political science double major at Rutgers University.
Monica Janvier ‘15, ‘16 (New York) studies media, mental health, and identity at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
Olin Edwards ‘17 (Minnesota) is a music major at University of Minnesota.
Samantha Luca ‘14 (New York) focuses on environmental justice at State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
