Why did you want to attend Camp Rising Sun?

I want to go to Camping Rising Sun because I believe it will help me develop as a leader and improve as a person. I also hope it will assist me in making a positive impact in my community.

What are you most looking forward to this summer?

I hope I learn to be more self-sufficient and independent and to stop worrying about standing out, since if I truly want to help create change in the world. I must learn to demonstrate that I don't care what others think. I'm most looking forward to meeting new people from all over the world. I honestly believe we can all benefit from each other's experiences.

A compassionate leader, in my opinion, is someone who will always fight for what is right. Instead of forcing you to do anything, they will encourage you and give you ideas on how to improve.
