As of August 2017, the USA's J-1 Visa, which includes the camp counselor visa program, is now being included in the discussion of potential visa categories that could be limited or cut entirely as a part of the Buy American and Hire American initiative. Read more to understand how vital the J-1 Visa is to CRS, and what you can do to help prevent the J-1 Visa from being limited or cut.
There's one week left until the 2017 campers arrive in New York City. What's happened so far: staff training, finalizing homestay and travel arrangements, arranging alumni worksite visits (where Campers visit alumni at their work-place and receive a tour), and most of the Campers have met their airfare-travel fundraising goals!
