Camp Rising Sun and the Louis August Jonas Foundation are committed to protecting your personal data. The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation went into effect May 25, 2018. We work to ensure your data is secure, up to date, and you have the opportunity to opt-out of any communications. We maintain records with your information to let you know about news at Camp, upcoming events, fundraising, and updates about the LAJF.

 

How we collect and use data.

  • We have analyzed our collected user data in order to be compliant with the new GDPR

  • This includes: analyzing content and information when you use our services (including emails, donations, forms, and social media interactions), linking your activity on other sites and apps with information we have about you

 

Combining data

  • By using the LAJF website, providing information on surveys, social media, or signing up for email communications you agree to our use of your information and third parties’ terms of service agreements.

 

Applicability of Terms.

  • If you are a minor using our services the Terms of Service apply to your activities and are binding on your account.

 

Functionality.

  • We provide you with the ability to access, download, and request deletion of your personal information. At any time you may contact us and to ask for your data be removed from our database.
