A Community Dinner at Camp Rising Sun

On October 20th we hosted a Community Dinner at the CRS Clinton campus! Neighbors, colleagues, and dear friends from the area joined us for a life-changing paella meal prepared by local chef, Alejandro.

At Camp Rising Sun, we’re fortunate to be a part of a wonderful surrounding community, which includes Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and the Hudson Valley in general. There are so many incredible people who are working to make a difference in the world, as we are. We are grateful that we could spend the evening sharing our space with the community and to connect with everyone over a special meal.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and we’re looking forward to having many more events like this in the future!

Guests included team members from Ramapo for Children, another non-profit organization in Rhinebeck, local representatives, and philanthropic leaders.

Guests all got to enjoy watching the delicious paella being prepared by Chef Alejandro.

The final paella result! Perfect for a communal meal.

Each person got a chance to share more about themselves to the group so we could connect even more.
